First of all, our WhitemarshUltraTree price list has been lowered to one from the past. This recognizes the fact that there are corporate entities that "share" copies of UltraTree software by installing the templates on multiple independent computers, networked computers or computers in different locations. Rather than think "evil" of those situations, the current pricing structure has been set to relieve what might be a procurement and use tension.

There are also UltraTree users that have not migrated to the UltraTree version that replaced the one for Clarion 8. This pricing structue intends to alleviate that. Even when these current or former users upgrade to UTLX, they have work to do. They must reimplement their UltraTree trees. Special Cheat Sheets are to be created to make that step-by-step less rocky and/or steep.

Included in either a new Clarion UltraTree license or the UltraTree Clarion 8 transitioned to UTLX license is training and/or consulting up to a total of 10 whole clock-hours. Such training and/or consulting will be creatly advantaged from all the materials available to these "new" active support licensees. Beyond the 10 hours the rate is $50 per whole clock hour.

Finally there are users that have stopped their Support Licenses simply because they determined that they no longer require training in UltraTree itself. To address that specifically,. WhitemarshUltraTree is making available many supports such as the Cheat Sheets, Training, Pod Casts, Technical Papers, and even whole Carion-based application executables that can be immeidately deployed.

In short, any of the UseSupport License items are completely independent from Clarion. This makes Support Licenses real, tangible and valuable.

With all this in mind, Whitemarsh believes that a reasonable rate of return (USD) will be produced from the following UltraTree price list.

⦁The annual cost of renewing an active UseSupport License is $99 regardless of license quantity. Only a single designated person from within a client will be the recipient of the Support License items.

Purchase of a new UltraTree license includes one year UseSupport License .
Purchase of an UltraTree Clarion 8 transitioned to UTLX license includes one year of support.
For lapsed UseSupport Licensed customers, the price is $199 for the first year of support renewal.
The current price of a new license of UltraTree is returned to its old price of $399.
The price for upgrading an UltraTree Clarion 8 version for a new UltraTree LX license is $299.
For customers with two to five licenses, the price is $798
For customers with six to fifteen licenses the price is $1596.
For customers with greater than fifteen licenses, the price is $3192.

This price list remains constant for 2024 and 2025. The duration of support contracts remains yearly. By the end of 2025, the income and expenses will have been reviewed and a new price list will be created.
