Transfer Process. While Phil was in the hospital, and shortly before his death, Kathryn, his wife, asked him what she should do about managing UltraTree and whom she should contact.  Phil's advice to her was to call Mike Gorman of Whitemarsh Information Systems. He would know what to do and how to advise her going forward.

Kathryn knew that Whitemarsh had been an active customer and intense user of UltraTree for over 25 years, and felt comfortable in taking that approach. A plan was developed and the transfer process was completed the middle of December, 2023.

While this all sounds legal and business like, which was required of course, it was essentially a transfer among "family" members.

Part of the mutually created and signed transfer agreement included the entire set of UltraTree intellectual property items related to its three products, UltraTree, Up and Up, and HyperBrowze. This entire template set will be delivered, upon request, to SoftVelocity so that it can be available to the entirety of SoftVelocity’s customer base. Included in the subsequent transfer to SoftVelocity is to be all of Whitemarsh's UltraTree related items that are enumerated on other pages and that will exist at the time of the subsequent transfer.

It needs to be clearly stated that the product, Ultra Tree, and its two companion products are fully developed and throughly debugged. It currently operates through Clarion 11.1. Consequently, there is no immediate need for any revisions of the templates.
